Ben has recently completed five years of chiropractic training at one of the UK’s leading chiropractic colleges, the HSU (formerly AECC), in Bournemouth. He has a real passion for helping people move better, recover from injury, and stay active.

His enthusiasm for learning and continually developing his skills has already earned him a prestigious student scholarship from the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS). Currently, he is completing the International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC), further specialist training in sports chiropractic.

Ben likes to use a blend of hands-on treatment and exercise to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support your recovery. This may include gentle joint manipulation techniques to the spine, upper limb, and lower limb, along with exercises tailored to your needs. He also uses soft-tissue treatments, such as massage and instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilisation (IASTM), to ease muscle tightness and improve your movement.

Having competed in rugby, swimming, and triathlon, Ben understands the demands that sport and an active lifestyle place on the body. Jenny is a Chiropractor with over 16 years experience. Jenny graduated from the University of Johannesburg in 2004 with an MChiro degree, she moved to the UK in 2005 and completed the Royal College of Chiropractors PRT training. Jenny then undertook a post graduate qualification in sports injuries through the Federation of international Sports Chiropractors (FICS).
